I will reply asap. Rental conditions are listed below.

Rentals:
The apartments are rented throughout the year either by the week or by the day. A minimum stay of three nights is always required.
The reservation is confirmed after receiving a down payment of 30% of the total rental amount

Rates:
Weekly rates vary depending on occupancy and season. Daily stays are possible. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Generally the rates for two persons occupancy start from 85 euro per night or 485 euro for weekly stay. Rates for 3 or 4 persons (adult) occupancy range from 100 to 150 euro per night or from 580 euro per weekly stay. Longer rentals (2+ weeks) benefit of reduced rates.

Cancellation:
Although very flexible, some cancellation penalty may apply depending on the season and duration of the rental
