Rentals:
The apartments are rented throughout the year.
The apartments are rent either by the week or by the day. A minimum stay of three nights is always required.
The reservation is confirmed after receiving a down payment
(via PayPal) or a check of 30% of the total rental amount.
Sorry I don't accept credit cards for final payment (balance).
This is just a family property that I rent on occasional basis and not professionally so I don't have such a payment facility, however you can use your credit card to pay via PayPal.
Rates:
Weekly rates vary depending on occupancy and time of the year. Daily
stays are possible. Minimum stay is 3 nights See the season offers in the right column -->.
Rental
cost includes:
The rates are always per apartment per night or per week. The
cost includes the use of the apartment and all its appliances, electricity,
gas, water, linen, towels, initial and final cleaning and all taxes.
Rental
cost excludes:
Extra cleaning (15 euro per hour), extra heating (gas fired
central heating and wood) only from the end October to March (upon the use).
Cancellation:
- from the moment you reserve until 60 days before check in: 30%
of the deposit
- from 60 to 30 days before check in: 60% of the deposit
- from 30 to 15 days before check in: 90% of the deposit
- less than 15 days or no show: 100% of the deposit

Daily (min three nights) or weekly rates depending on occupany from 480 euro per week (2 persons occupancy). Daily from 85 euro.
